Clarke Quay Bazaar (1st-2nd July & 15th-16th July)

Due to overwhelming response, Serala Bazzar is back and will be running the event twice for the month of July.
There is a REDUCTIONS in our rentals this time round to rewards all our vendors.

Serala Bazaar is an Indoor event at Clarke Quay (The Central Square at the fountain).
It will be a concept/theme bazaar whereby we upkeep our appearance and display of the entire event. Vendors may benefit from the worrisome of setting the price ranges of their products as this will be a high status bazaar. Rest assured that you won’t have to worry about the rainy weather and damp flooring as the event will be held Indoor

Event:
1st July Friday – 2nd July Saturday           4pm to Midnight 
15th July Saturday - 16th July Sunday       4pm to Midnight

Booth Charges
1 Booth
2 Days - $230
4 Days - $440

2 Booth
2 Days - $430
4 Days - $840

Additional Logistics
Table - $6 / Day
Chair - $3 / Day

*No Single Day Sales
*$50 Refundable Security Deposit

5ft by 10ft space
Standard Furniture includes:
1. 02 x Chairs with Black Skirting
2. 01 x 3ft by 3ft Table with Black Skirting
3. 01 x Power source

Vendor own logistic:
1. Vendor will have to bring along clothes rack of theirs.
2. Vendors are advice to bring along their own lightings for better customers’ visual to enhance your sales (The lighting in Clarke Quay maybe Dim)

Vendor Option:
1. Opt for 1 Table with 1 Rack OR
2. 3 Racks without Table (**Take note the Organiser will not be supplying any Rack**)

Crowd 
You will be expecting huge crowds including foreigners and clubbers with high spending power. Family crowds are also expected in our bazaar as there are restaurants for family diners around the area.

Advertising
1) We will be advertising the event on our Facebook Page as well as Capitaland Facebook Page
2) Our bazaar will also be advertise and publicise on Capitalmalls’ website
3) Flyers will be distributed upon nearing the bazaar as to draw more crowds.
4) Database of 8000+ (Mailing list) will be informed about the event which wills definitely be another crowd attracter. 

Product that are NOT allowed in the Bazaar
1) 2nd Hand Items / Merchandise
2) Magazines
3) Singapore Souvenirs
4) Insurance or Financial Products
5) Merchandise against the law
6) Iphone 4 casing only

Clarke Quay Bazaar (The Central Sqaure @ The Fountain)

Serala Bazaar will be organising an Indoor event at Clarke Quay (The Central Square at the fountain).

It will be a concept/theme bazaar whereby we upkeep our appearance and display of the entire event. Vendors may benefit from the worrisome of setting the price ranges of their products as this will be a high status bazaar. Rest assured that you won’t have to worry about the rainy weather and damp flooring as the event will be held Indoor

Event:

·         3rd June Friday – 4pm to Midnight
·         4th June Saturday - 4pm to Midnight
·         5th June Sunday – 4pm to Midnight

Booth Charges

·         1 day - $180 per day
·         3  consecutive days - $140 per day
·         Existing Vendor - $130 per day

** There will be a $50 Refundable Security Deposit.
** There will be a $10 charges for selecting stall location

For example if vendor book 3 consecutive day:

$140 x 3 + $50 + $10 = $480

4. Overnight Security Guard will be patrolling around the Bazaar

5)     Tie promotional voucher with various prestigious food and beverages outlets will be given out to customers that spend a min amount in the Bazaar.
